Another Kosky Score

Here's another great story about our financially brilliant government.  They've gone and bought a bunch of new trains that they can't use (must have got them to match the myki system).  I love the quote from the Rail Tram and Bus Union locomotive president:

''You get what you pay for, and they did: these trains are cheap and nasty overseas shit and drivers aren't happy with them". Yikes.

Do you think the government asked the drivers which trains would be best? Or do you think they formed 5 different committees and 3 levels of bureaucrats who all had to be paid annual salaries and bonuses to write reports and hire consultants at $2000 a day to decide which trains were the best? I wonder...
