Baked Potatoes

I love cooking.  I love that the internet has spawned so many recipe sites.  A lot of them are rubbish but I found a great one, (especially for bachelors).  What could be simpler than bunging a potato in the oven, set at full blast, then pulling a can of whatever you've got in the cupboard out and pouring it on top? If you like baked potatoes or if you hate them because they're 'boring' here's a site to inspire you...

The Baked Potato site

I don't know how I found that site but I've got two potatoes in the oven right now.  One's going to get salsa, kidney beans and bacon chips (with a dash of melted cheddar) and the other one... well I haven't decided yet, it's either baked beans or corn and American mustard (either way it'll get bacon chips too...). Yum.
