Are you the least bit skeptical about the "war on terror"?  Do you believe there were WMD's in Iraq?  Do you think you know the devastating effect your vote will have on the lives of thousands of people you will never meet let alone see on the other side of the world?  Politics is full of lies, deception, backstabbing, and people striving for personal gain at any cost.  I just watched a great documentary on the US Frontline show about the multitude of layers of lies, fabrications, dishonesty and manipulation that led to the war on Iraq and to George Tenet resigning as head of the CIA and Dick Cheney absorbing his power into the Pentagon.

Check it out, it's a great story full of interviews with ex-CIA operatives, weapons inspectors and members of the US Congress who all divulge the true story behind the lies leading to the war in Iraq.

One could say that Bush, Rumsfeld and Cheney are human scum, the lowest of the low, devoid of a single moral fibre and lacking an ounce of humanity between them.  Only history will show what true terrorists they are. I can see young people of future generations asking "how could you have let that happen?  You knew their lies led to the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent civillians, and the unnecessary deaths of scores of US soldiers, and put the rest of the world at greater risk of terrorist attacks than ever before, and you left them in power?".

Enough evidence is emerging now to show that the war in Iraq was started based on a series of lies, and the "war on terror" is purely a political tool to scare people into thinking that the US government can protect them from some hidden evil danger.  The fact that these assholes are still in power and haven't been dethroned by the citizens who elected them speaks volumes about their characters and their weasel-like political manouvering, and highlights the sad fact that if you keep your masses poor, uneducated, and fat from cheap junk food they will never muster the energy to kick your ass out of power, and they'll eat up the steaming loads of horsehit you deliver on the news every night that guarantees they'll vote for you next time around.  And who gives a fuck if they don't?  Just rig another election, cunt.
